As a hotelier, I am very keen on services and glad to observe their friendly Front Desk team since I arrived late for check-in, they managed to assist us for a shuttle from hotel to Newport Cinema and back to our hotel, yes they offer it FREE!!!
By the way, I commend the F&B team who assisted me with the pack breakfast and I was surprised of how generous they were with the servings!
