
The Halamanan Festival in Guiguinto, Bulacan is an annual celebration that promotes the culture and community development of the local government. It is a week-long affair that brings together people from all walks of life to honor the environment and raise awareness about its importance.

This year’s theme “Matingkad na Pagkinang sa 25 Taong Paglinang” focuses on environmental conservation and sustainability, while celebrating the beauty and culture of Bulacan’s communities. Through various activities such as music, dance, art exhibits, food fairs and more, citizens can take part in creating a safe and healthy environment for generations to come. The Halamanan Festival also aims to promote unity among residents through shared cultural experiences.

The opening ceremony was led by Gov. Daniel Fernando, Fifth District Rep. Ambrosio Cruz Jr., Mayor Paula Agatha Cruz, Vice Mayor Banjo Estrella, and the councils of the Sangguniang Bayan.

According to Governor Fernando, Bulacan is the next Metro Manila because of continuous development in the province including the P745-billion Bulacan International Airport in the town of Bulakan which is adjacent to Guiguinto town, this airport will operate in 2027

This exciting event will surely bring joy to one of Bulacan’s most beloved towns–Guiguinto!
